Appreciate everyone's response.
This is how it unfolded:
My wife came home an said the wanted access to here work email and her
coworker told her she needed to use outlook.
I did a quick search and found that outlook could be had for as low as
$11. Was not sure that was legitimate. So I posted the question.
We both use Libre and Thunderbird. I'm on Linux and she is on Win 11.
She logged into here organizations browser based web app and was able to
use that to send and receive email. Interesting enough that page was
named Outlook.
These are medical people so they are not very technical. Seems that was
the "Outlook" my wife needed.
Thank You For Your Help!!

Hello,
I have used Thunderbird and it is really good. My only complaint is
it seems you need to really go through and create filters for spam.
I had hundreds of emails all the time and it made me appreciate Yahoo
a little bit for doing that for me. Maybe I had it configured wrong?
thanks,
Greg

Outlook. Eek. For all the other Microsoft stuff, LibreOffice blows
Microsoft out of the water.
Outlook. yuck. I use Thunderbird for email, played with geary some
(which worked pretty well), and haven't tried Evolution yet. You might
consider looking at Evolution. I did some DuckDuckGo-ing and found:
https://www.linuxnest.com/best-alternatives-for-outlook-on-linux-your-mail-client-comparison-guide/
https://alternativeto.net/software/microsoft-office-outlook/?platform=linux
https://www.itpro.com/software/linux/367850/best-email-client-for-linux
IT appears that Evolution is perhaps the one to check out first....

There is no such thing as a cheap copy of MS Outlook. Not anymore.
You will either need to pony up for a Microsoft 365 subbscription
(which costs around $100/year), use their horrible web app, or wait
for Office 2024 LTSC to be released which will cost $hundreds
Unless you truly need the business class Outlook, you could always
use
the Windows 11 built-in mail app, or maybe you could consider
training
your wife to use Thunderbird?
