There is no such thing as a cheap copy of MS Outlook. Not anymore.
You will either need to pony up for a Microsoft 365 subscription (which
costs around $100/year), use their horrible web app, or wait for Office
2024 LTSC to be released which will cost $hundreds
Unless you truly need the business class Outlook, you could always use
the Windows 11 built-in mail app, or maybe you could consider training
your wife to use Thunderbird?
