How are you scaling plasma? Are you setting `PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1` to make sure it's really actually using the scale factor you set in the KScreen KCM? Technically Plasma doesn't support fractional scale factors yet (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356446) so if the only bugs you have occur there, maybe we can live with that?
