others have already chimed in with lots of great advice, so i'll just say "go for it". get an KDE commit account (you can put one of us down as your "sponsoring developer"): http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Get_a_SVN_Account start a branch of kdelibs/kdebase (and whatever else) to start with in branches/work/ and plop your patches in there. i guess, however, that the first big thing we'll need to do before you can start down that road is to get cmake working on s60. google gives me this: http://www.mail-archive.com/cm...@cmake.org/msg09612.html if we can confirm this works, or some variant of it, it should be no problem getting it into cmake proper if there are users of it (and you would obviously qualify there). -- Aaron J.
