Best is to create a page on Techbase and put all relevant information there. Interesing to get others to jump on the bandwagon is to explain how to get it running, and share knowledge (and patches, even if ugly, that's rather normal at the beginning of such a project) and common problems. Blogging about it on Planetkde (once you get an SVN account you can add yourself to the planet) makes sense as well, awareness for something like this is good). http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/S60 would be a good start.
