maybe the addoffscreenwidget function should add them a bit more sparse..
a problem that can be with this is that if a popupapplet switches from popup
mode to full mode (like panel resize) it would be hidden, maybe would be enough
to put an explicit show in popupcontraintsevent, but every dialog user should
pay attention to that...
