Are you looking to hire someone? PHP is a scripting language, and as such you'll have a hard time finding a gui editor that can do "everything" you need done. Everytime I see or hear about a new "PHP" editor, I go check it out. And in every case so far, after a few hours or less, I find myself uninstalling it and going back to using vim and editplus.
