Whenever I access a PHP script from the web that contains an error (such as a parsing error, etc...) The server will not respond to any request (php or not) for about 2-3 minutes. This only happens over the web though, if i try to run a php file using command line, the error loads immedaitely. Any help? My system information is listed below.....
