Not especially, since it mearly means that you are derived from a long
succesion of women who were screwed by Scots. Yours were the male
descendants of a guy named Rae.
As am I. From some Scot named Alestaire some hundreds of generations ago.

(From the clan MacAlestaire, became MacAlester, then MacAllister, and now
perhaps finalized with McAllister, the 'c' being raised to supertext, and
having a vertically aligned = sign as a base. Visually:
