That's pretty close to my point: you want kick ass graphics -- get an SGI you want stability -- get an IBM or DEC (er.. HP Tru64) you want to pretend you are a big guy -- get Linux
Too bad Linux is irrelevant for me since there's no Photoshop, GIMP doesn't work with 16bit color and Nikon4000 scanner isn't supported even by VueScan.
