We are in the middle of the coldest spring in a decade, with a record low for this date. Temperatures are below freezing, heightened by cold winds and overcast skies, with occasional freezing rain and passing snow squalls. Spring indeed.
The weather seems to have slowed the daffodils and other spring flowers.
