I like bananas, because they have appeal.
Also a source of phosphorous or whatever mineral it is that helps with night leg cramps.
I've had to start drinking those "nutrition shakes" that TASTE AWFUL and adding half a banana & some strawberries to it in the blender helps mask the taste (chocolate makes me throw up so I can only use the "French Vanilla")
