I've never completely stopped shooting film. Those old bodies are just too nice 
to leave sitting around collecting dust. The trouble is, nowadays it is so 
damned expensive to shoot film, even if you develop it yourself.

I was in Atlantic Photo in Halifax yesterday to pick up a roll of 120 Velvia 
that I had left for developing. The clerk told me I was their last customer 
still shooting E-6, but that they had processed over 600 rolls of C-41 in 
February, which was a recent record. To help in the revival I bought my first 
roll of Ektar while I was there.
