Still is - about £1=R20. Pricing is international now. Half price pensioner discounts are available mid-week, out of season. Good for the campers & caravaners.

confined to the Karoo. BTW, there are even some Rheas on game farms around here. 
Kruger is so expensive for overnight stays now, we only do day trips. 300km in a 
day is about the limit. July to October when the bush has dried out & the grass 
eaten is best.
