I've said that for years. My 2.74 cameras still produce the same good
quality 8x10 as back in 2001. I'm happy with 10-12 odd mp. I guess
holding onto my other system, Nikon may be a blessing in the future.
We did have the manager of the local Henrys big camera store talk at
one camera club meeting and he mentioned that they felt camera sales
were down a lot due to iphones etc but lens sales were holding their
own.
