Notice the word "may" in the headline. That's a feature of the 11th
commandment, Cover thy ass. With that headline the writer and editor
are admitting that they have no idea what Ricoh is actually going to do.
Admittedly it's not good that the imaging division is having resources
moved to other more profitable operations, but Ricoh's core competence
is office machinery, copiers in fact, and even that division is having
trouble in the current market.
I wouldn't say you shouldn't worry, but, I don't think that even Ricoh
upper management has any idea of what to do at this point.
