Yep, I know about the noise on K-7. I still have (and occasionally use)
one. And the noise was one of the main factors why I bought K-5-IIs.
And with K-7 shots what I had/have to do is to do careful noise
suppression in LR, -- still on the RAW file. And LR does a very good job
with the noise suppression.
I don't know your workflow.
From the EXIF, it looks like you were using a Photoshop with a Camera Raw.
I haven't used Camera Raw for the initial "development" of the photos for
long time, but I suspect that Adobe Phoshop Camera Raw can do a
comparable job with the noise suppression, while you are working on the
RAW file. (I might be wrong though). Once you get into Photoshop itself, -
Camera Raw actually converts the file into PSD or TIFF. (In your case, I
see that the file was converted to TIFF).
But just in case you are trying to do noise reduction not in Camera Raw,
but in PS, - it might not work as great, - resulting in a softer image.
Just in case, - I am not insisting on your reducing the noise,- it
is your photo. But I just would like to make sure you are aware of the
differences in the processing. If you haven't tried to do noise reduction
in the Camera Raw.
And if you have tried that, - my apologies for wasting your time on
reading this suggestion.

Igor, all the pre-K5's are noisy at ISO800 but I am often forced to go
there to get a high enough shutter speed. TAV isn't too helpful with a K7.
I find de-speckling and/or noise removal softens the image so I'd rather
live with it. If the light had been better I could have used ISO400.
