Understood. My criticism was not how you listed the books but of how
Blurb has deficiencies in their cart system.

Blurb doesn't make it easy, though, to mix the covers. If you order a
hardcover and also want a soft cover you have to go back and search
for the soft cover page to put it into the cart. It would be so much
better if you could select the book you want and the order page gave
you all the options for that book.
I could do that, but Blurb doesn't give you the option of assigning a
different ISBN to hardcover and softcover versions of the same book,
which is technically how things are supposed to be done. So as far
Blurb is concerned, I have to treat the hardcover and softcover as two
different books rather than two different options for the same book.
(Technically, I should use yet a third different ISBN for the Image
Wrap hardcover, but there's only so much of my own money I'm willing
to throw at this...)
What really pisses me off, though, is that Blurb won't let the buyer
select the paper options for a book when they purchase it. Blurb has a
couple of options for higher quality (but more expensive) paper. But
they make the book seller choose one and only one.
