I've got the same model Bigma as you (but with original hood). I'd bet dollars to donuts that if the filter size is the same (from the current Bigma to ours) it will work. I doubt that Sigma has changed the style of their filter bayonet. But obviously if the diameter doesn't match, then it isn't going to work.
