I believe he is saying "90% chance". I'm assuming that these would be
FF compatible lenses. That he reports this in a thread about the
venerable A* 200mm macro is interesting, to say the least. Also
interesting is that there are no primes on the last Lens Road Map
(that I've seen) which was Feb. 2015.
I think it is quite possible that three of them will be HD coated
Three Amigos (31, 43, and 77mm Limiteds). I think it is possible that
Pentax, now shipping a full frame, and probably with pixel-shift tech,
will also bring back a shift lens.
If the Pentax FF is going to be shipping in time for the holidays, I
think they are going to need to make an official announcement by
August 1st.
The way I interpret the rumors against what Ricoh has already said, I'm
expecting an actual announcement sometime between Sept 20 & October 01,
with it being in stores (at least in the big mail order houses) sometime
between the 1st & 15th of November.
They said "Autumn" and autumn officially begins here in the northern
hemisphere Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 08:22 UTC.
But, it's not like I'm counting the days or waiting with bated breath or
anything like that.
