I bought mine in 1976, and until the MZ-S came along the MX always had a place in my camera bag. Over the years it was accompanied first by an ME, then an ME Super, a Super Program, and eventually the PZ-1p. With the motor drive it could run through a 36-exposure roll of film in around 7 seconds; with the battery grip it was limited to a more affordable 2fps. I've still got that original MX, and the second MX body that I bought 25 years later once it became hard to find spare parts (or, for that matter, places to get repairs). -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
