The price of stock makes it difficult to get much of a price for a photo, 
unless it's a one-time event that only you have captured. . Stock images are 
generally available these days for less than $100, much less in some cases. 
While your photo is excellent, it's a storm photo, and while photos of that 
genre available as stock may not be as good, I would guess there are thousands 
from which to choose. Good luck with this, but if I were you I would be happy 
with a modest sum and a photo credit.
