I've read the article. I was responding to the adapter stuff. Yes, the lens to sensor match is individual ... Some lenses work well on some sensors and not others.
In general, RF lenses work best on sensors optimized for them ... That's why I have a Leica M9 for my M-mount lenses, and adapt Leica R and Nikon F lenses to my Olympus FT and mFT cameras.
