Now that I think of it, judging by some of the prices, if I had money and was a gambling man they might be worth taking a chance on, especially since you could inspect them before purchase.

I think I've read too many times on this list, "I got the body (or lens > or whatever) back from Colorado and it was doing the same thing that I sent > it in for. Finally after the second time they just sent me a new one." > > I wonder what happens to these lame ducks? definitely something i figured into the value proposition; a lot looked completely unused, as if it had been returned w/o opening it; they graded items based on whether anything was missing i would be much more cautious about buying an SDM lens without warranty, for instance, but i am used to risks with used purchases and was able to use the lenses before purchase (not extensively) also tried out focus peaking on the K-01, pretty cool, and hefted several lenses to confirm my impression that they were too heavy for my comfort -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
