Well, first of all, sounds like a great cause they're contributing to.
As for the sale, I personally would be very concerned to buy any of these "as is". I
think I've read too many times on this list, "I got the body (or lens or whatever) back from
Colorado and it was doing the same thing that I sent it in for. Finally after the second time they
just sent me a new one."
I wonder what happens to these lame ducks?
definitely something i figured into the value proposition; a lot looked
completely unused, as if it had been returned w/o opening it; they graded items
based on whether anything was missing
i would be much more cautious about buying an SDM lens without warranty, for
instance, but i am used to risks with used purchases and was able to use the
lenses before purchase (not extensively)
also tried out focus peaking on the K-01, pretty cool, and hefted several
lenses to confirm my impression that they were too heavy for my comfort
