I just dug a few "road tests" out of the archives here, and found: Both Modern Photo and Popular Photo showed a significant jump in shutter speed right at 1/125 in the Super Program. For other bodies with similar Seiko electronic vertical metal shutters: Popular Photo showed the same thing for the ME Super. Modern Photo showed the exact same thing for the ME F. However, in Modern Photo, the ME did not show any such jump. The Program Plus, when tested by Popular Photo, also did not show any such jump. However, interestingly enough, the Program Plus showed a small drop in shutter speed from 1/8 to 1/60, and then "up to" no deviance at 1/125 - I wonder if Pentax (or Seiko) did a little "tweaking", choosing to "fudge" a few other shutter speeds in order to allow the 1/125 speed to not jump up.
