It's funny, but this is the first time I've had upgrade fever. I bought the 
*ist-D as soon as they were available locally but then sat out the all the 
model upgrades until last year when we were travelling O/S and I finally 
weakened and bought a K7. I have started studying photography at tertiary level 
and generally the K7 does everything I want, but the low light capabilities of 
the K5 suddenly make it seem like a must have upgrade. If it wasn't for the 
fact that I can't afford to be without a camera until school finishes (mid 
December) I would probably be trying to sell the K7 now and ordering a K5.
