Rick, It's not *me* being harsh about the K10D's AF. My philosophy for dealing with the AF is similar to my high ISO philosophy: If you learn to work with what you've got you'll get much better results than not shooting and bitching about it. I would never defend the K10D's amazing AF capabilities, but I used AF most of the time and achieved what I wanted. Sometimes I employed tricks, other times I could use it as-is, but I always knew when to use which. Clearly the K10D has worked well enough for me that I never upgraded to either the K20D or K-7. What I *have* complained about is the lack of firmware upgrades.
