The number of reviews, good or bad, is 9,800 some ... that can only give you an indication of how much business they do... Their rating on the same site is just about the highest and most consistent in the industry at 9.7 in the past six months, 9.5 lifetime.
I've been doing business with B&H for more than 20 years and several tens of thousands of dollars worth of transactions. They are without question the most reliable, most professional photographic supplier I've done business with. In the course of hundreds of transactions with them, there have of course been the occasional issues. In all cases, they have handled it properly and within the context of the policies they publish, whether I was aware of them or not, and on one or two occasions have bent their rules to provide me satisfaction as well. I cannot speak highly enough of their business or their service.
