I was using a manual lens and focussing isn't that critical with a 20 mm at f8. With longer focals and the #87, one has to go a bit past the IR index on the lens as that appears to be calibrated for the shorter IR range (approx. 750 nm) while here we're daling with things in the mid 800's.
