Bingo. It is an outdoor sculpture. It's in the park above Santa
Monica's beach. Shot it about five years ago with the *istD and the DA
50-200 during a walkaround. I found it among some unconverted RAWs
while looking for something else.

I would say it's some sort of art structure, like a sculpture.
Outside,
weathered, the green portion resides inside the brown portion yet
exposed to the elements. Could be a fisheye lens though, and wooden
steps or roofing, decking etc. It grows on me :-)
