The adapter looks to me like someone sacrificed an Auto 110 body for
the lens mount.
Is it possible that the aperture adjustment came with the mount?

Interesting, the Auto 110 lenses don't have aperture rings if I
remember correctly so the adapter must be supplying one. I wonder how
