It shows a photo of the adapter, and it doesn't look like it has any
kind of adjustable aperture.
The Auto 110 lenses don't; f/2.8 is all you get.

Interesting, the Auto 110 lenses don't have aperture rings if I
remember correctly so the adapter must be supplying one. I wonder how
