Bagmelda: It took me a while to remember the name of the photographer that this shot reminds of--but I've finally remembered the name--Michael Kenna--you were the one that posted the link to his work too--I'd never heard of him, but I've never forgotten his work. The focus here is terrific as is the rendering. This is very Kennaesque, to my eye, but you've definitely made it your own. Lovely work as usual.
