Well, there are actually three ... the lower one almost disappears in  
the downsampling to web rez ... and they are the lights inside those  
windows, very identifiable as such in a large print. I like how they  
add a bit of counterpoint to the darkness of the structure, a tension  
between the soft gradations and the dark of the windows. When I remove  
them, the building just looks dark to my eye.
