Clarity and focus issues. I have a call into the salesman i deal with, to make sure this is covered and who sends it in to Nikon. My close up portrait and macro shots are wonderful. Great detail and sharpness. My equine action shots, S^&**K. Soft, lack of detail and it looks like it is bfing a lot. The jump i am focused on is soft, but if there is a jump or what not behind, it will be sharp. I have my D200 set up as was suggested by Bill Fourtnay when i met him in 2006 at GFM. I have left it this long, as i don't use the camera a lot and forgot about the problem, how ever i used it at a show not long ago and when i looked at the photos, i remembered what it gave me before. I tried both the 70-200 and 80-200 and it looks the same, so hopfully it just needs an adjustment. The same lenses on my D1 and D1h produce nice, sharp photos, good detail.
