A few weeks ago I took a crack at building a photoblog using Wordpress. Problem is, it felt way too much like work to me, (I'm in the web industry), so a week ago I started trying a photoblogging service called Shutterchance: http://www.shutterchance.com/
It's very easy to add a photo to your blog. The only limitation is that you can only have one photo display for any given date. When viewing a blog, mouse over any photo and you get the camera and exposure settings of the image, if there are any. Right now I'm on the free version of the service, but I guess when I hit 30 images I'll have to start paying for hosting. Here's my blog: http://sunny16nyc.shutterchance.com/ Enjoy!
