I've calibrated our G5 iMac (PowerPC version), 13 in MacBook, HP nc8230, and a Dell 24 in LCD monitor with mine, and it has worked very well on all of them.
Are you sure you loaded the right software? The original Huey came with software not compatible with Intel-powered Macs. The Huey Pro software shouldn't be a problem, though.
