When I was at university the lab supervisors loved engineering  
students.  We'd go in, do just enough to get a good grade then get  
out.  The serious chemistry students would hang around taking things  
seriously, asking questions and delaying the supervisors' lunch break :)

I don't know how I passed that course.  I really didn't like  
chemistry... and now I live with a consulting chemist.
