The sad thing Jack is that I was once the Photo Editor for a small newspaper. I had a bigger budget, ( we had a bigger staff, and we were a weekly), than the publication my shot is appearing in. The local "quality rag" doesn't even use outside photographers unless they write for them as well. The Daily or as I like to think of them the "No Quality Rag", well I'm not even sure I'd want to get published there, it couldn't do my reputation any good.
