My ex-neighbor bought a 1941 Buick from an estate sale in 1996 or so for a couple thousand dollars. Original two-tone green paint, original interior etc. Very few miles, never rebuilt or anything just stored forever. The most interesting "find" were the fuel rationing stamps and original owners manual in the glove box.
