Good one, Paul. She's a bit of a find.

I much prefer the first to the second. Lovely relaxed pose. Only one 
small suggestion, keeping the tip of her nose within the line of her 
cheek would make her 3/4 that much more compact.

The second is a touch too strained. Her lips are a bit pursed, and there 
is the odd position of her feet. Her modern working woman outfit would 
benefit from a more open stride. Hair is also a bit out of control for 
the outfit.

And your clock is a few hours slow :)
