I just got back from 3 days of meetings in Seattle. During odd moments, I was able to spend a couple of hours shooting, and came back with a few hundred pix.
While I was in SEA, I transferred them to my Windoze XP work laptop using DNG Converter, and previewed them with Irfanview. This evening I am home, and have tried transferring the images (dng files) to our Mac. No go. I get a message saying "the file is busy" or "there is a problem", and the transfer aborts after only a dozen or so images. I still have the images from yesterday on the SD card, and they are transferring with no problem, so it ain't the camera. Using the spare SD card in a card reader didn't work either, so it ain't the flash key. Did Irfanview lift its leg and mark my files so that they won't transfer? Any suggestions?
