I was driving over the Mississippi last night and saw the flats  
downstream from the collapsed 35w bridge where they were piecing  
together the wreckage to figure out what happened.

I parked a ways away and hiked back to the bridge to take some shots.   
No tripod, and it wouldn't have mattered anyway as the bridge was  
constantly bouncing up and down from all of the trucks and buses going  
across.  Still, I found it "visually interesting" at least in person.

freaky to stand down there next to all of the twisted metal.
