This is a  good shot. I liked the DOF as shot.  The composition puts
the main pedal  and 'catepillar' in focus and the distant pedal out.  I
like it that way  and think putting the distant pedal into sharp focus
would be a distraction  to the main subject.  In Iris and Orchid shots,
I always have problems  finding a place to put the rest of the flower.
You worked it out very  well.

Thanks, Rob, the caterpillar  is in focus. I wouldn't put the far petal in 
focus, but today I might put more  AROUND the caterpillar in focus, the DOF 
actually fades out rather rapidly  around it. 

I didn't think it looked bad as is it though, so thanks. Glad  you agree.
