Strange. I recently had an encounter with them, that went smoothly.

I ordered some stuff from them and paid with my PayPal. Then few hours 
later I called them and asked to cancel one of the item and to replace 
it with something else. Which was done. Immediately an updated order was 
sent to me. And then of course it was delivered and the *correct* amount 
of money was charged from my PayPal acct.

In fact, I was going to order from them another item towards the end of 
the month...
