I've used the Leica 14-50 for several months and a couple three thousand photos: it is a superb performer with rendering qualities on par with the Pentax Limited primes overall. Being a zoom, that's a bit more variablity of course. I don't know how the rendering qualities of the Oly 14-54 compare. I intend to compare it against the Pentax DA*16-50/2.8 when I get a chance.
