My thoughts are that the scene has great potential, but... The branches in the upper right ruin it and the foreground is littered with flotsam that also distracts from what could be a very attractive image. Granted it would take a lot of work to clear the foreground, but it could be worth it. The river, bridge and trees are quite pleasing.
