Canon has the shortest lens registration distance. of currently 
manufactured systems. So almost all manufacturers lenses are 
adaptable.with infinity focus preserved. Though I think only Nikon, 
Pentax Minolta, Olympus and M42 adapters are commonly available (Yes the 
long way around but I think I covered all bases).
