You probably know this, but It is not only about weight. You also need to 
concider the focal length you are going to use. An 14mm one pund lens is an 
easy load, but a one pound 300mm demands a lot more.

I don't know all the different Benro models, but my C-458 takes a lot of 
abbuse and are steady as a log. So they seem to know what they are doing.
